Capture Jet Technology in action
Capture Jet Hoods from Halton capture and contain all heat and smoke generated, even under the heaviest cooking conditions. Due to the patented Capture Jet technology, the hood can effectively remove all the smoke, grease and heat with up to 50% less airflow compared to conventional hoods. This efficiency leads to significant energy savings, and a better, cleaner kitchen environment.
